We are excited to participate in the auction every year.  The auction is more than a fun evening.  It provides critical funding for scholarships that support our school’s mission of diversity.  It also funds professional training that helps our teachers deliver a great education for our children.  These are two key drivers for what makes Head-Royce a special place for our children.

This year’s exciting event, a Night in Havana, will be held at the Claremont Hotel.  We will also feature an online auction in which EVERYONE can participate. 

We need your support:

1. Please consider donating an auction item.  Whether it’s an actual item or a cookie decoration party for 8 kids or a stay at your vacation home...  Simply submit a donation form (found on www.headroyce.org/parents) by Feb 1.   Or click on www.biddingforgood.com/hrsauction to make your donation online.  
2. Mark your calendars for Saturday, March 27    Look for fun items in the silent auction, dine with your friends and dance to Cuban music.  The live auction portion will feature Head-Royce grandparent Rita Moreno (Emmy, Grammy, Oscar, Tony award winner) and will be hosted by Renee Richardson from KFOG’s morning show.
3. Check out the online auction March 1 - 20.   Whether you can attend the event or not, the online auction is a simple way to support the School and perhaps get a good deal for yourself.  There are hundreds of items to buy, often at a much lower price than you can get otherwise. Want to socialize with other parents?  Buy a ticket to one of the many parties offered this year.  Planning on going to Disneyland?  Buy the tickets through the online auction and all the money will go to support Head-Royce.  Register now at www.biddingforgood.com/hrsauction so you can get updates regarding new items up for bid.
